66. Frigidario (20), parete N con l'occhio di luce e la porta di comunicazione con il tepidario (19) murati, in seguito alle trasformazioni subite da questa parte della casa. Lo schema decorativo, uguale sulla parete antistante, prevede una complessa scenografia a due piani, il cui centro è occupato da un quadro con paesaggio sacro. Ai lati, entro gli avancorpi della scena, sono inquadrate due figure. Una complessa trabeazione, sormontata da sfingi e mostri anguipedi, conclude il primo piano. Al centro del secondo piano, parzialmente velato in basso, e un tripode sormontato da Vittorie, ornato alla base da figure a rilievo. Vedute di città e scene di interni ornano le quinte laterali. 66. Frigidarium (20), wall N with the eye of light and the door of communication with the tepidarium (19) walled up, following the transformations undergone by this part of the house. The decorative scheme, the same on the wall in front, provides a complex two-storey scenography, whose center is occupied by a painting with a sacred landscape. On the sides, within the foreparts of the scene, two figures are framed. A complex entablature, surmounted by sphinxes and anguiped monsters, concludes the first floor. At the center of the second floor, partially veiled at the bottom, and a tripod surmounted by Vittorie, adorned at the base with relief figures. City views and interior scenes adorn the side wings.
